We recently expertly replaced 70 m² of roofing for a garden shed in Bilthoven. The existing EPDM covering was showing signs of wear and tear and, upon inspection, proved insufficient protection. During dismantling, we discovered that the roof sheathing was severely affected by moisture and rot.
We completely removed the damaged roof boarding and replaced it with new 18mm thick underlayment panels. The roof was then insulated with high-quality 80mm PIR insulation panels, which ensures excellent thermal performance.
After applying the underlayment and carefully finishing the mastic edges, the roof is covered with a durable bitumen top layer. The result is a sturdy, well-insulated, and waterproof roof that will last for years to come.

- Removing old EPDM roof covering
- Demolition and replacement of rotten roof sheathing
- Installing new underlayment panels (18 mm)
