For this home in Ridderkerk we recently carried out a roof renovation involving approximately 8 m² of rotten roof boarding has been replaced. Due to a leak around the Velux roof window the underlying wood had been affected by moisture, causing parts of the roof boarding to rot.
To prevent further damage to the roof structure and to permanently remedy the leak, we have completely replaced the affected roof boarding and the Velux roof window refitted with new sponges and seals. In addition, new roof battens and foil have been installed so that the roof is once again fully protected against the elements.
