We recently replaced all the lead around the flat roof of a house in Almere. The existing lead (18-pound) was outdated and cracked, meaning the waterproof connection between the facade and roof was no longer optimal.
To prevent leaks and further damage, a total of 24 linear meters New 18-pound lead was installed. This heavy-duty lead ensures a durable and strong connection that will last for years.
The work consisted of carefully removing the old lead, cleaning the connections, and installing new lead. All seams and connections were neatly and waterproofed, so the roof is once again fully protected from rain and wind.
