In Eindhoven, we installed a completely new tiled roof, including replacing the roof sheathing and installing high-quality insulation. The project began with the installation of a rubble container, scaffolding, and a construction hoist for safe and efficient execution.
The existing solar panels were carefully removed and stored. Next, all the old roof tiles and battens were removed, and the old roof boarding was completely replaced with new 18 mm thick underlayment panels.
SuperFOIL SF40BB insulation blankets were chosen for the insulation – a sustainable and subsidy-eligible solution with excellent thermal performance. These were combined with a new batten construction as the basis for the roof covering.
Finally, the roof was finished with new red quick-deck concrete tiles. The solar panels were neatly reinstalled after completion.
