The existing roof sheathing was outdated and no longer met current insulation and quality standards. Therefore, we opted for a sustainable renovation with new roof sheathing, insulation, and high-quality roof tiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The work began with the complete removal of the old roof covering and roof sheathing. We then installed a new, sturdy roof sheathing that forms the foundation for a solid and well-insulated roof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We chose insulation <strong>SuperFOIL SF40 BB<\/strong>, a high-quality multilayer insulation foil that provides excellent thermal performance. Thanks to this insulation, the home benefits from lower energy costs and a more comfortable indoor climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After that the entire roof was fitted with new <strong>VHV roof tiles<\/strong>, which not only provide a modern and fresh look but also offer years of protection against the elements. All connections, such as ridge tiles and valleys, are carefully finished and waterproof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Activities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remove old roof covering and roof sheathing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installing new, sturdy roof boarding<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying SuperFOIL SF40 BB insulation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laying new VHV roof tiles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Durable finishing of all connections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to this renovation, the house in Rotterdam once again has a future-proof tiled roof that meets modern requirements for insulation, sustainability, and appearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We recently renovated a complete tiled roof for a home in Rotterdam.
